Used Books and Coursepacks

Used Book Sales:

The UOttawa Law Bookstore does not sell used books itself, however, there is a vibrant peer-to-peer used book market at the school.  In addition to word of mouth, you can check following resources:
  • The Wall In The Hall: individual students selling their used books will usually post paper ads in the hallway beside the bookstore.  Check the ads and save $$, but make sure you are getting the proper title, edition and author for your course needs.
  • The AEECLSS Used Book Forum: the AEECLSS will implement a new used book buy-sell forum on their website at www.aeeclss.org [link to be posted when available]

Coursepacks:

Coursepacks are not sold at our bookstore.  These are produced and sold directly from UOttawa Reproduction Services, located in the basement of the Morrisette Library building (across from the quad at the front of the law school building).
See the syllabus from your course instructor for details.  The lineup at the Reprography Services Store is typically much longer during the first 2 weeks of each term since they sell coursepacks for all faculties, so budget your time accordingly.
